Achieved the fund raising mission, I drove the Company to sign three Letter of Interest for three different technologies: the 360° camera for mobiles, generated a spike of 80% at the Mumbai Stock Exchange listing.

I truly believe that we can provide better products and financial resources allocations if we go back to basics: to many companies are driven by market results in a “old sales” logic, wide portfolios due to brand extension, sales force pulling surgeons for an order, very different ROI results.
We have to look for sales forces that support the need, we need partnership that are not mere “discount relationship”, we need a two way flow in which a light but top skilled force catch the need from leading professionals.
Get close to the user, hear and give back: we’ll go back to high market response, less frills approach, more competence, high profitability drivers in sight. Despite of the relevant insurance liability cost, insurance companies and hospitals are not able to understand their reciprocal need.
Hospitals are not in the condition to buy the professionality to get the financial language the companies need and insurance have no real customers procedures knowledge, so they both place the problem to lawyers: a perpetual and costly clash.
As former Operation Director I’ve had the opportunity to stand in operating rooms and ward in high case mix hospitals environment to get a solid competence thus my knowledge was economics: my ability lies in uniting business and medical professionals to drive cooperative efforts and achieve significant success.
Today, this successfully hospital and consultant experience, could be easily translated into insurance players to get profits back in this difficult but relevant cash flow pump.
